The price on the product is the price you pay no added cost at check out for delivery Mainland UK

Does not apply to Highlands and Islands

If you are buying from overseas you will need to check if there is any import tax

Customs clearance charges (import tax )

Returning Goods

You need to use our link Contact Little Houses Plus  or E-Mail  sales@littlehousesplus.co.uk or phone us on 01449 771523 so we can give you  instructions before sending it back, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning goods need to come back in the original packing

It has to arrive back to us in good order or we will not accept the delivery

Returning goods Damaged or not working

If you are returning good’s as damaged or not working. We will give you a full refund of product and the returning shipping cost this will have to be agreed by us first "no quibble" guarantees

Returning goods you have changed your Mind or if you need to change it for another product

We might have to deduct the cost of shipping out, we will not pay for the returning shipping cost "no quibble" guarantees

Damage goods

Please check contents and report to us within 24Hrs any damages or missing parts

If your parcel shows damage outside when you received it please take a photograph in case your product is damage inside

If the product is damage when you received it you will need to take a photograph of the packing around your product and then photographs of the broken item

This information is needed by the carries

If we don’t have this information we might not to be able to do much about the broken item

Safety

Most of the houses, furniture and accessories are detail scale items for adult collectors

House, furniture and accessories considered suitable for children over 36 months are prefixed CE mark

Lighting products are not available for Junior Houses and have not been tested to toy safety standards (0 -16 Years old)
